As true with any great business idea or concept, there will always be competiton. We’ve experienced it over the years as well as our competitors. Microsoft has experienced it as well as Yahoo! Its inevitable.

Today, as reported on Fox News Technology, Wikipedia, a free online collaborative encyclopedia, now has a new competitor called Citizendium. Unlike Wikipedia, Citizendium’s volunteer contributors will be expected to provide their real names. Experts in given fields will be asked to check articles for accuracy. This is in an effort to improve on Wikepedia’s downsides of juvenile vandalism and errors.
